Description
A quick and easy air fryer lava cake for two, with a molten chocolate center.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Divide batter between two greased ramekins.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but center is soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute before serving.
Notes
- Do not overbake—center should be gooey.
- Use oven-safe ramekins.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
