A quick and easy air fryer lava cake perfect for a winter dessert. This rich, chocolatey treat has a gooey center that melts in your mouth.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into greased ramekins, filling halfway.
- Place ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
