Description

A quick and easy air fryer lava cake made with biscuit dough for a gooey, chocolatey treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces.
  3. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle.
  4. Place 1 tbsp chocolate chips in the center of each biscuit.
  5. Fold edges over to seal, forming a ball.
  6. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  7. Place in air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
