Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup lemon curd
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Cut puff pastry into 4 equal squares.
- Place a spoonful of lemon curd in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling, sealing edges with egg wash.
- Brush tops with egg wash.
