Description
Crispy and flavorful air fryer lemon pepper cod fillets, a quick and healthy meal.
Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Brush both sides of the fillets with olive oil.
- Sprinkle lemon pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and salt evenly on both sides.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Add lemon slices on top.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until the fish flakes easily.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on fillet thickness.
- For extra crispiness, spray lightly with cooking oil.
