Description

Make light and fluffy mini cream puffs using your air fryer. These bite-sized treats are perfect for parties or a sweet snack.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whipped cream or pastry cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in flour until a dough forms.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Drop teaspoon-sized dough balls onto the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool, then fill with whipped cream or pastry cream.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
