Description
Make light and fluffy mini cream puffs using your air fryer. These bite-sized treats are perfect for parties or a sweet snack.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whipped cream or pastry cream
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until a dough forms.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Drop teaspoon-sized dough balls onto the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool, then fill with whipped cream or pastry cream.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
- Do not open the air fryer during cooking to prevent deflating.
- Store unfilled puffs in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- For crispier puffs, reduce cooking time slightly.
