Description
A quick and easy single-serving chocolate cake with a molten mocha center, made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp instant coffee granules
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, oil, and instant coffee. Stir until smooth.
- Drop chocolate chips into the center of the batter (do not stir).
- Place mug in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but the center is still soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute before serving.
Notes
- Use a tall mug to prevent overflow.
- Check at 8 minutes to avoid overcooking.
- Top with ice cream or whipped cream for extra richness.
