Description
A quick and easy air fryer molten cake ready in just 10 minutes. Perfect for a warm, gooey dessert.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased ramekin.
- Place ramekin in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but center is still soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute before serving.
Notes
- Use a toothpick to check doneness—edges should be firm, center slightly soft.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream for extra indulgence.
