Description
A quick and easy air fryer molten cake ready in just 5 minutes. Perfect for a rich, gooey chocolate dessert.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips or chunks.
- Pour batter into a greased ramekin or small oven-safe dish.
- Place in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove carefully, let cool slightly, and enjoy warm.
Notes
- Do not overcook to keep the center molten.
- Use a toothpick to check doneness—edges should be set, but the center should be soft.
- Top with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
