Ingredients

  • 4 oz dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Whisk sugar, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla into the chocolate mixture.
  4. Fold in flour and salt until just combined.
  5. Grease ramekins and dust with cocoa powder.
  6. Divide batter between two ramekins.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but center is soft.
  8. Let cool for 1 minute before inverting onto a plate.
