Description
Make a quick and easy air fryer molten cake with a gooey center.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into greased ramekins, filling halfway.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but center is still soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute before serving.
Notes
- Check doneness at 8 minutes to prevent overcooking.
- Use a toothpick to test—the center should be slightly wet.
- Serve immediately for the best gooey texture.
