Description
A high-protein molten cake made in an air fryer for a quick, healthy dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add egg and almond milk, stirring until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased ramekin.
- Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use a microwave-safe ramekin if baking in a microwave instead.
- Adjust sweetness with a sugar substitute if desired.
- Check doneness with a toothpick; center should be slightly gooey.
