Description
A quick and easy molten cake made in the air fryer, perfect for kids.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into greased ramekins, filling halfway.
- Place ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use oven-safe ramekins.
- Do not overcook to keep the center molten.
- Top with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
