Description
A delicious low-calorie molten cake made in an air fryer. Perfect for a guilt-free dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp sugar substitute
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cocoa powder, flour, sugar substitute, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into a greased ramekin.
- Place ramekin in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but center is still soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute before serving.
