Description
A quick and easy air fryer molten cake that doesn’t require an oven. Perfect for a rich, gooey dessert in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased ramekin.
- Place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use a toothpick to check doneness—center should still be slightly gooey.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Serve warm with ice cream for extra indulgence.
