Description
A quick and easy air fryer molten cake that’s perfect for parties or as a dessert. Rich, gooey, and ready in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips or chopped chocolate.
- Pour batter into greased ramekins, filling halfway.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but center is still soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto a plate and serve warm.
Notes
- Do not overbake—the center should remain molten.
- Use oven-safe ramekins that fit in your air fryer basket.
- Top with ice cream or whipped cream for extra indulgence.
