Description

A quick and easy single-serve molten chocolate cake made in the air fryer. Perfect for a rich, gooey dessert in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips or chopped chocolate


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into a greased ramekin or small oven-safe dish.
  6. Place in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but the center is still soft.
  7. Let cool for 1 minute before serving.

Notes

  • Do not overcook to keep the center molten.
  • Double the recipe for two servings.
