Description
A quick and easy air fryer molten cake with a soft, gooey center. Perfect for a sweet treat in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased ramekin or small oven-safe dish.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute before serving.
Notes
- Do not overcook to keep the center molten.
- Use a toothpick to check doneness—edges should be firm, center slightly wet.
- Top with ice cream or whipped cream for extra indulgence.
