Description
Easy-to-make oatmeal raisin bars cooked in an air fryer for a quick and healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix oats, raisins, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Add honey and almond butter, stir until well combined.
- Press mixture into an air fryer-safe dish.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Swap raisins for dried cranberries if preferred.
- Use maple syrup instead of honey for a vegan option.
