Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, these air fryer oatmeal raisin cookies are quick and easy to make. Perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Fold in raisins.
- Drop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto air fryer tray, spacing them apart.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For chewier cookies, slightly undercook.
- Swap raisins for chocolate chips if preferred.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
