Description

Ingredients
- 1 (8-10 oz) ribeye or sirloin steak, 1-inch thick
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Pat the steak dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Rub olive oil on both sides of the steak.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, and smoked paprika in a small bowl.
- Coat the steak evenly with the herb mixture.
- Place the steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust cook time based on steak thickness and desired doneness.
- Use a meat thermometer for accuracy: 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare, 140°F (60°C) for medium.
- Fresh herbs can replace dried ones for a stronger flavor.
