Delicious air fryer pistachio pudding bars with a creamy texture and nutty flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of an air fryer-safe pan.
- Whisk pudding mix and milk until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread pudding mixture over the crust. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
- Air fry at 320°F for 10 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use a pan that fits inside your air fryer basket.
- Chill for at least 1 hour for firmer bars.
- Substitute with almond milk for a dairy-free option.
