Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops (1-inch thick)
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub pork chops with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme.
- Place pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip and add apple slices around the chops.
- Cook for another 8-10 minutes or until pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
