Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed banana
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix banana, pumpkin, eggs, honey, and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Spoon batter into greased muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
  6. Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
