Description
Delicious pumpkin cheesecake bites made in your air fryer. Perfect for fall treats or holiday desserts.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, egg, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until smooth.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
- Press crumb mixture into the bottom of silicone cupcake liners.
- Pour cheesecake filling over crust.
- Air fry at 300°F for 12-15 minutes until set.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
- Let cheesecake bites cool completely before removing from liners.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
