Description
A delicious and healthier version of brownies made with sweet potatoes and cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix mashed sweet potatoes, almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, egg, vanilla, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan that fits your air fryer.
- Air fry for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Ensure sweet potatoes are well-mashed for a smooth texture.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Check brownies at 20 minutes to prevent overcooking.
