Description
A light and moist cake soaked in three types of milk, made easy with an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 5 large eggs, separated
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Whipped cream and berries for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Beat egg yolks and sugar until light. Add milk and vanilla.
- Fold in the dry ingredients.
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold into the batter.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool, then poke holes all over with a fork.
- Mix the three milks and pour over the cake.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with whipped cream and berries if desired.

- Ensure the cake pan fits your air fryer basket.
- Let the cake absorb the milk mixture fully before serving.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
