Description
A quick and healthy Indian-style yogurt chicken recipe made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 500g chicken thighs (boneless)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin, coriander, oil, and salt in a bowl.
- Add chicken thighs and coat well. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook for another 8 minutes or until fully done.
- Serve hot with mint chutney or naan.
Notes
- Use thick yogurt for better marination.
- Adjust spice levels to your preference.
- For crispier chicken, cook for an extra 2-3 minutes.
