Description
Crispy cheeseburger egg rolls made in an air fryer for a quick and delicious snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tablespoon water (for sealing)
- 1 teaspoon oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Cook ground beef and onions in a pan until browned.
- Drain excess fat and stir in pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then mix in shredded cheese.
- Place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the sides and roll tightly, sealing the edges with water.
- Brush each egg roll lightly with oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- For crispier rolls, increase cooking time by 1-2 minutes.
- Substitute with turkey or plant-based meat for a different option.
