Description

Crispy cheeseburger eggrolls made easily in the air fryer with minimal oil.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 eggroll wrappers
  • 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)


Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onions, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheese.
  4. Place 2-3 tbsp of filling onto each eggroll wrapper. Fold sides in and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Lightly spray eggrolls with oil and air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.

Notes

  • Use lean ground beef for less grease.
  • Substitute with turkey or plant-based meat for dietary preferences.
  • Serve with ketchup, mustard, or ranch for dipping.
