Description
Crispy cheeseburger eggrolls made easily in the air fryer with minimal oil.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 8 eggroll wrappers
- 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onions, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
- Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheese.
- Place 2-3 tbsp of filling onto each eggroll wrapper. Fold sides in and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray eggrolls with oil and air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Substitute with turkey or plant-based meat for dietary preferences.
- Serve with ketchup, mustard, or ranch for dipping.
