Make crispy cheeseburger eggrolls in your air fryer with this easy recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 8 eggroll wrappers
- 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
- 1 tbsp oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Brown ground beef with onions in a pan
- Drain excess fat and mix in ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce
- Let mixture cool slightly, then stir in cheese
- Place 2 tbsp filling in each eggroll wrapper
- Fold sides and roll tightly, sealing edges with water
- Brush each eggroll lightly with oil
- Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway
- Serve warm with dipping sauce
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease
- Don’t overfill wrappers to prevent bursting
- Spray air fryer basket lightly with oil
- Check at 8 minutes for desired crispness
