Description

Crispy cheesesteak eggrolls made in the air fryer for a quick and delicious snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 8 eggroll wrappers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water (for sealing eggrolls)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, cook until softened.
  2. Add sliced beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in shredded provolone cheese.
  4. Place 2-3 tbsp of the mixture onto each eggroll wrapper. Fold the sides and roll tightly, sealing the edge with water.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Lightly spray eggrolls with oil.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

  • Use leftover steak for an easier prep.
  • Swap provolone with American or cheddar cheese if needed.
