Description
Crispy cheesesteak eggrolls made in the air fryer for a quick and delicious snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced beef (sirloin or ribeye)
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 8 eggroll wrappers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup water (for sealing eggrolls)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, cook until softened.
- Add sliced beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned.
- Remove from heat and mix in shredded provolone cheese.
- Place 2-3 tbsp of the mixture onto each eggroll wrapper. Fold the sides and roll tightly, sealing the edge with water.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Lightly spray eggrolls with oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use leftover steak for an easier prep.
- Swap provolone with American or cheddar cheese if needed.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer for best crispiness.
