Description
A simple and delicious chicken spedini recipe made in the air fryer. Tender chicken pieces are marinated and cooked to perfection with minimal effort.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, Parmesan, and lemon juice.
- Add chicken strips to the marinade and coat well. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Soak skewers to prevent burning.
- Adjust cooking time based on chicken thickness.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
