Description
A simple and quick recipe for crispy cheese curds made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cheese curds
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Dip each cheese curd in the beaten egg.
- Coat the curd with the flour mixture.
- Dip it in egg again, then roll in breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated curds in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh cheese curds for best results.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Check curds halfway through cooking.
