Description
Crispy, healthy chickpea snacks made in an air fryer. A perfect high-protein, low-fat alternative to chips.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
- Toss chickpeas with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Spread chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Customize with your favorite spices like cumin or chili powder.
