Description

Crispy, healthy chickpea snacks made in an air fryer. A perfect high-protein, low-fat alternative to chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
  3. Toss chickpeas with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Spread chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
