Description
Crispy and flavorful tofu bites made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 block (14 oz) extra-firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Press the tofu for 30 minutes to remove excess water.
- Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the tofu cubes in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Press the tofu well to ensure crispiness.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
