Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Toss the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes for even crispiness.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra crispiness, remove the skins from the chickpeas before cooking.
