Description
Easy air fryer banana fritters with just 5 ingredients. Crispy outside, soft inside.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Add flour, egg, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F for 8 minutes.
- Flip fritters and cook 4 more minutes.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for best flavor.
- Don’t overcrowd air fryer basket.
- Serve warm.
