Description
A quick and easy blueberry crisp made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix blueberries and granulated sugar.
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Place blueberries in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Sprinkle crumb mixture over blueberries.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until topping is golden and blueberries are bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh are not available.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream for extra flavor.
