Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving small gaps between pieces.
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water to prevent burning.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model and chicken size.
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
