Description
Easy air fryer churro donuts for beginners. Crispy outside, soft inside, and coated in cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon (for coating)
- 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- Pipe or spoon batter into donut molds.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Coat with cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve warm.

- Use a piping bag for even donut shapes.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
