Description

Delicious and healthy apple fritters made in an air fryer for a guilt-free treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in diced apples.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use a non-stick spray for easier removal.
  • Adjust sugar to taste.
