Description
Delicious and healthy apple fritters made in an air fryer for a guilt-free treat.
Ingredients
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in diced apples.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use a non-stick spray for easier removal.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Serve with a light dusting of powdered sugar if desired.
