Description

A quick and healthy version of banana fritters made in the air fryer. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and naturally sweet.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray or oil (for greasing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, honey, and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the batter into the air fryer, leaving space between each.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove and serve warm.
