Description
Healthy chickpea snacks made in an air fryer, crispy and full of protein.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
- Toss chickpeas with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Spread chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
