Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (for coating)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, bring water, butter, sugar, and salt to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in flour until a dough forms.
  4. Let cool slightly, then mix in vanilla and egg until smooth.
  5. Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
  6. Pipe 2-inch strips onto parchment paper, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
