Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into small balls.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the dough balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 5-6 minutes until lightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Use dairy-free chocolate chips for a vegan version.
