Description
A healthy version of molten cake made in an air fryer, perfect for a quick dessert.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add egg, honey, and coconut oil. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased ramekin.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but center is still soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute before serving.
Notes
- Use a toothpick to check doneness—it should come out slightly wet.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For a richer taste, use melted dark chocolate instead of chips.
