Description

A healthy version of molten cake made in an air fryer, perfect for a quick dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Add egg, honey, and coconut oil. Stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into a greased ramekin.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but center is still soft.
  7. Let cool for 1 minute before serving.

Notes

  • Use a toothpick to check doneness—it should come out slightly wet.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • For a richer taste, use melted dark chocolate instead of chips.
