Description
Crispy air fryer churro bites with a high-protein twist. Perfect for a quick snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- Shape the dough into small bite-sized pieces.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place bites in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use a piping bag for traditional churro shapes.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
