Description

Crispy air fryer churro bites with a high-protein twist. Perfect for a quick snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup water


Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add wet ingredients and stir until combined.
  3. Shape the dough into small bite-sized pieces.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Place bites in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
