Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel.
- Brush both sides with olive oil.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for another 8-10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra juiciness, marinate the chicken in buttermilk for 2 hours before cooking.
